Surgery on human flesh. Quite a happy mix of fat tissue, veins and muscles. Any guess which part of the body this might be?

So after 11 hours I got it finished :) It is based on [link] but unfortunately the photographer didn't answer me yet. Drawing the gloves really was a challenge and also I wasn't sure about how to fade out the edges. Any hints for me?
